How I work

Bring the right people into the problem, make dependencies clear and give delivery a practical path from request to release.

My work often sits between teams. At Carnival UK, I translated business demand into technical scope, brought supplier work into a shared roadmap and established intake and release processes so requirements, ownership and acceptance were clear.

I combine that coordination with hands-on implementation: designing eventing systems, building APIs and developing testing proofs. Privacy, operational handover and the people who will maintain a capability belong in the delivery conversation from the start.
