Hello, My name is Luke Admans

I'm a Marketing Designer currently located in Cardiff Oxford Reading.

Innovative and dynamic multidisciplinary marketing professional with over 5 years in creative roles combining marketing, full-stack development and graphic design amounting to the ability to pragmatically complete tasks from any field of the marketing spectrum or undertake entire projects autonomously. Proven ability to manage a high workload and undertake multiple projects simultaneously, implementing change and automating processes across the board. Marketing Operations Specialist, OEConnection
April 2021 – Present

Successfully on-boarded all clients to HubSpot including handling and moving of large data sets and thousands of assets between CMS’, followed by all subsequent managing of instances, training, maintenance and template creation, solely bringing OEConnection to be a Gold HubSpot partner.

Solely responsibly for the set-up, presentation, implementation, reporting, analysis and optimisation of;

- Marketing automation campaigns across clients ranging from spend-based to action and interaction-based campaigns.

- PPC Campaigns including relevant website SEO audits and updates.

- Branded business intelligence dashboards for reports such as; Inbound Marketing, Website, Search Console, Sales, Google Ads, Social Media.

- Social media strategies, schedules and designs

Aggregation, handling and setup of all data sources as well as design and development of all assets and tasks required in aforementioned projects.

Development of APIs to link applications including CRM to data lakes, and dashboards to databases.

Creation of audience analysis, buyer persona’s and brand guidelines to build on marketing strategies.

Using Google suite (primarily Tag Manager, Analytics and Data Studio) to implement advanced tracking features including all GDPR/cookie compliance checks and necessary requirements.

Covering development tasks in the absence of a front-end developer during the interim.

Digital Marketing Specialist, OEConnection
Feb 2020 – Present

Responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of digital marketing for Ford PartsPlus.

Oversaw the implementation of the inbound marketing strategy including the design and development of cross-compatible marketing materials such as emails made to support dark mode and IE9 compatible landing pages with subsequent reporting and analysis to evaluate campaign success as well as A/B testing, behavioural analysis and more.

Tasked with delivering a simple marketing automation campaign and lead nurturing strategy alongside the creation of editable templates for inbound marketing and internal materials such as newsletters.

Graphic Designer, OEConnection
Jul 2019 – Feb 2020

Responsible for the creation of digital and print artwork for clients including Ford, Vauxhall, Opel and Distrigo - creating a large variety of materials adhering to multiple brand guidelines. 

Successfully implemented an automated work-flow for batch processing of printed materials with mass-variations including any subsequent training required. 

Provided reports for existing email campaigns and optimised strategies resulting in increased metrics.

Digital Marketing Executive, M3 EU
Apr 2019 - Jul 2019

Undertook a medium-size pay-per-click (PPC) campaign targeting over a dozen different audience segments categorised by type of medical professional. Long term goal of £66 cost per acquisition met in the first month, running at a cost per acquisition of £33.

Tasked with analysing audience data to improve engagement campaigns on multiple channels. Increased measurable performance indicators by over 100%.

Also responsible for the social media strategy, and management of profiles and posts.

Marketing Growth Hacker, WorkGaps

Led a team of 3 content creators and copywriters to carry out the planning and delivery of a digital marketing campaign targeting both B2B and B2C markets to encourage users of the application and raise brand awareness.

Responsible for the design of the new blog including posts and other content as part of the inbound strategy to attract users to tailored landing pages for data collection.

Marketing Executive, Adbro
Sep 2015 - Mar 2017

Appointed the B2B digital marketing strategy focused on market analysis to develop an inbound strategy and improve SEO.

Tasked with relevant photography to generate inbound leads through organic search alongside a small-scale PPC campaign all measured, with the targeted metrics for conversions met.

Also responsible for creation of all printed materials from flyers and banners to business cards, alongside other required graphics such as GUI’s.
